We are Clipper Valley Farm. This page explains, in plain words, what information we keep when you use our store and what we do with it. The short version: we keep what we need to bring you food, we guard it, and we never sell it.
To pack and deliver your orders, to tell you what is happening with them (confirmations, packed notices, pickup reminders), to run your subscription if you have one, and - only if you joined our list - to send farm news you can leave at any time with one click.
Only the hands that need it: Stripe processes payments; our email service delivers our messages to you; a pickup manager or delivery volunteer for your location sees the name and details needed to hand you your order; and the U-Neac Farmers platform, which builds and maintains this store, may access data solely to keep it running. We do not sell your information, and we show no ads.
We use the small, boring kind: they keep you logged in and remember your cart. No advertising trackers.
You can see and update your details anytime under My Account. Want a copy of your information, a correction, or your account removed? Write us at no-reply@clippervalley.u-neac.farm and we will take care of it.
Our store is for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page.
